目的研究目标管理理论在临床护理管理中的效果。方法选取2017年9月—2018年10月该院工作的56名护理人员作为此次研究对象,对比实行目标管理理论前后护理质量、护理成绩。并随机抽取同时期该院83例患者进行护理满意率随机问卷调查,比较实行管理前后护理满意度。结果实行后,护理成绩显著高于实行前,数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实行前护理质量评分显著低于实行后,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实行后护理满意度显著高于实行前,数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对临床护理管理中应用目标管理理论效果显著,不仅能提高护理质量,且有助于促进护患和谐关系,提升护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of target management theory in clinical nursing management. Methods A total of 56 nursing staff working in our hospital from September 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The quality of nursing and nursing performance before and after the current management theory were compared. 83 patients in our hospital were randomly selected to conduct a random questionnaire survey on nursing satisfaction rate, and the satisfaction of nursing before and after management was compared. Results After the implementation, the nursing results were significantly higher than before the implementation, the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05);the pre-implementation nursing quality score was significantly lower than the implementation, the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05) the nursing satisfaction after implementation was significantly higher than that before implementation (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of goal management theory in clinical nursing management has a significant effect, which not only improves the quality of care, but also promotes the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients and improves the satisfaction of nursing.
