尿道下裂患儿家属应对疾病的态度调查

Investigation on the Attitude of Family Members of Children with Hypospadias to the Disease

目的调查尿道下裂患儿家属面对患儿疾病的应对态度。方法采用特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)对该科2015年1月—2017年10月收治的128例尿道下裂患儿家属进行问卷,调查其对患儿疾病的应对态度。结果父母不同文化程度、职业、患儿是否为独生子、在家中排行情况、是否长期跟随父母生活都会使患儿家属应对疾病产生不同的态度(P<0.05);文化程度高的家属对患儿疾病积极应对比例高,职业为教师或公务员的家属对患儿疾病积极应对比例高,患儿为独生子或家中排行老大的孩子,其父母对疾病积极应对比例高,长期跟随父母生活的患儿,其父母对疾病的积极应对比例也高。结论父母不同的文化程度、不同职业、患儿是否为独生子、在家中排行情况、是否长期跟随父母一起生活,都会影响患儿家属对疾病的应对态度。

Objective To investigate the family's response to children with hypospadias. Methods A total of 128 children with hypospadias who were admitted to our department from January 2015 to October 2017 were enrolled in the Questionnaire Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ) to investigate their attitudes toward the disease. Results Parents with different levels of education, occupation, whether the child is the only child, the situation in the family, and whether to follow the parents' life for a long time will make the family members have different attitudes toward the disease(P<0.05);the family with high education level will have the disease for the children. Actively responding to a high proportion of family members who are teachers or civil servants have a high proportion of positive responses to children's diseases, who are the only children in their homes. Their parents have a high proportion of active responses to their diseases, and their children who follow their parents for a long time are also have a high rate of positive response to the disease. Conclusion Parents with different educational levels, different occupations, whether their children are only children, ranking at home, and whether they live with their parents for a long time will affect the family's response to the disease.
