细节化护理管理在神经外科护理中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Detailed Nursing Management in Neurosurgical Nursing

目的分析优细节化护理管理在神经外科护理中的效果观察。方法选择2017年2月—2018年2月该院收治的70例神经外科患者为研究对象,根据实施的不同护理方案分成两组,对照组35例行常规护理,研究组35例实施优细节化护理管理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果研究组SAS、SDS评分(42.17±3.67)分、(41.86±4.54)分高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度为94.28%,明显高于对照组82.85%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优细节化护理管理在神经外科护理中的效果显著,能够缓解患者负面情绪有效提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of superior detail nursing management in neurosurgical nursing. Methods A retrospective selection of 70 neurosurgical patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 was divided into two groups according to different nursing programs. 35 patients in the control group received routine nursing and 35 patients in the study group implemented detailed and detailed nursing management and compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group (42.17±3.67)points and (41.86±4.54)points were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 94.28%, which was significantly higher than the control group, 82.85%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The superior detailed nursing management has a significant effect in neurosurgical nursing, which can alleviate the negative emotions of patients and effectively improve the satisfaction of patients.
