目的探讨产后访视过程中存在的风险及管理对策。方法选择2017年1月—2018年3月对产后访视进行了针对性风险管理,观察实施效果。结果通过对入户访视393例,分析产妇、新生儿及医务人员潜在风险因素,对医务人员针对性培训及管理,提高了对新生儿的保健护理能力,增强了产妇的自护能力和信心,降低产妇和新生儿的发病率,促进全民健康水平,减少和杜绝医疗纠纷的发生。结论医护人员应提高风险管理认识,自觉遵守法律、法规和各项规章制度,不断提高业务技能,加强责任心,降低产后访视过程中风险,为产妇及新生儿提供高效优质医疗服务,促进产妇及新生儿心身健康。

Objective To explore the risks and management strategies in the process of postpartum visits. Methods From January 2017 to March 2018, targeted risk management was conducted for postpartum visits to observe the implementation effect. Results Through 393 cases of household visits, the potential risk factors of maternal, neonatal and medical staff were analyzed, and the targeted training and management of medical staff improved the ability of health care for newborns and enhanced maternal self-care ability and confidence. To reduce the incidence of maternal and neonatal, promote the health of the whole population, reduce and eliminate the occurrence of medical disputes. Conclusion Medical staff should improve their risk management awareness, consciously abide by laws, regulations and rules and regulations, continuously improve their business skills, strengthen their sense of responsibility, reduce risks during postpartum visits, and provide efficient and quality medical services for mothers and newborns to promote maternal and newborn health.
