摘要
目的建立超高效液相色谱-串联三重四级杆质谱联用测定药品包装材料中双酚A的检测方法。方法采用BEH C_(18)液相柱分离,流动相为乙腈和水,采用梯度洗脱方式,电喷雾离子源,负离子扫描,多反应监测模式进行质谱分析。结果 BPA在0.5~106.3 ng·mL^(-1)范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)。结论该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,能满足药品包装材料中双酚A含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of bisphenol A in pharmaceutical packaging materials by ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography -tandem triple quadruple mass spectrometry.MethodsBEH C 18 column was used to separate acetonitrile and water as mobile phase.Gradient elution method,electrospray ion source,negative ion scanning and multi-reaction monitoring mode were used for mass spectrometry analysis.ResultsThe linear calibration curve of bisphenol A was obtained in the concentration range of 0.5~106.3 ng·mL^-1 ( r =0.999 9).ConclusionThe method was simple,sensitive and can be used to determine the content of bisphenol A in pharmaceutical packaging materials.
