摘要
"电子产品装配与调试"是中职学校的一门专业课程,随着"项目教学"的普及和各类技能大赛的开展,一些实用、有趣的电路不断涌现,为大赛与教学的开展奠定了基础。在这些电路中,有一些是对教材的延伸,需要教师进一步深入分析;有一些是在设计方面存在着一定的缺陷或错误;有一些是在装配制作中产生一定的故障,在对产品进行调试需要掌握一定的方法和技巧。此文从"电子产品装配与调试"教学实践出发,论述了对基础知识进行延伸的思路,对电路设计缺陷进行弥补的方法,对电路故障进行检修的方案。
“Electronic Product Assembly and Commissioning” is a professional course of secondary vocational schools. With the popularization of “project teaching” and the development of various skill competitions, some practical and interesting circuits are emerging, which have laid the foundation for the development of competitions and teaching.Some of these circuits are extensions of the textbooks and require further in - depth analysis by the teachers;some have certain flaws or errors in the design;some are causing certain faults in the assembly and production, so in the commissioning of products, it is necessary to master certain methods and skills. Based on the teaching practice of “Electronic Product Assembly and Commissioning”, this paper discusses the idea of extending the basic knowledge, the method of making up for the defects of circuit design, and the scheme of overhauling the circuit fault.
