新时代高职院校青年教师师德师风建设探究

Exploration of Higher Vocational College Young Teachers' Morality Building in New Era

百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本;教师大计,师德为本。随着高职院校的快速发展,如何加强高职院校青年教师师德师风问题也引起大家的重点关注,2018年教育部下发《关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》,准确对标新时代要求,对教师的师德师风进行了全面的规范和引导。文中对目前高职院校青年教师师德师风现状进行了分析,再此基础上提出了对应策略。

Education is the foundation of one country, and the key of education depends on teachers, while the morality is the essential part of teachers’ quality. With the rapid development of higher vocational colleges, how to enhance the morality of young teachers in higher vocational college has become a major concern of people. According to Opinions of Fully deepening the Reform of Teachers Team Construction in New Era released in 2018 by Ministry of Education, this regulation standardizes and gives a direction of the development of teachers’ morality in a comprehensive manner, to comply with the requirement of new era. This paper analyzes the current situation of higher vocational young teachers’ morality, and thus put forward corresponding solution and strategy based on the analysis.
