摘要
对芬兰应用技术大学发展情况进行分析,阐述了芬兰师资队发展取向的评估机制,师资队伍情况进行阐述,然后阐述了对我国应用技术大学四支队伍建设的启示,要完善应用技术大学教师资格与准入制度,拓宽应用技术大学教师引进渠道,保证应用技术大学教师的进修制度和保障体系,以保证"双师型"应用技术大学师资队伍的稳定,促进我国应用技术大学稳步发展。
Based on analyzing the development process of Finland University of Applied Sciences, the paper explains explicitly the evaluation mechanism of Finland faculty team development, and status of faculty team. And then it further expounds the thinking on four teams building in university of applied sciences of our country. We should improve the system of faculty qualification and admittance, broaden ways of faculty employment and guarantee the training and safeguard systems for faculty members, in order to stabilize the faculty team of dual - qualification teachers and promote the steady development of university of applied sciences in China.
