摘要 "职场囚徒"是指在职场中自我感觉像是被"拘禁"的人群。数量众多且幸福指数偏低的"职场囚徒",对于各类组织的人力资源是一种极大的浪费,同时也是一个严重的社会问题。论文通过对"职场囚徒"的现实表现进行分析,找出了职场囚徒形成的诱因,并分析了职场囚徒形成的诱导机制,这对组织预防"职场囚徒"的产生和帮助现实中的"职场囚徒"走出困境具有重要意义。 "Prisoners in the workplace" refers to people who feel like they are "detained" in the workplace. The large number of "prisoners in the workplace" with low happiness index is a great waste of human resources for various organizations, and also a serious social problem. Through analyzing the actual performance of "prisoners in the workplace", the paper finds out the causes of the formation of prisoners in the workplace, and analyzes the induction mechanism of the formation of prisoners in the workplace, which is of great significance for organizing and preventing the emergence of "workplace prisoners" and helping "workplace prisoners" out of their predicament in reality.
