论文在金华市经济新常态背景下建立数控专业高技能人才培训模式,创新教学内容,推进专兼结合、校企互聘互用的"双师型"师资队伍建设,探索出数控专业高技能人才工作企业的培训内容、培训安排,修改完善相关专业的人才培养方案。

Under the background of the new normal economy in Jinhua City, this paper establishes the training mode of numerical control professional high-skilled personnel, innovates the teaching content, promotes the combination of full-time and part-time, school-enterprise mutual employment and mutual use of "double professional" teacher team construction, explores the training content and training arrangement of numerical control professional high-skilled personnel working enterprises, and modifies and improves the talent training program of related majors.
