高校团干部是党的代表之一,所以身为团干部要有以身作则、严于律己的自觉。在日常工作的过程中要时刻牢记自己的身份职责,起好带头作用,在团队建设方面要发挥领导风范,引领大家提高整体素质与能力。在实际工作中将团干部应有的风采展现出来,以标准化的规范为广大学生服务。论文主要针对团干部在工作中应养成的习惯进行了研究。

The league cadres in colleges and universities is one of the representatives of the Party. Therefore, as league cadres, they should be conscious of setting an example and being strict with themselves. In the process of daily work, they should always bear in mind their identity and responsibilities, and play a leading role. In team building, they should play a leading role and lead everyone to improve their overall quality and ability.
