摘要 为深化产教融合,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接,为中国制造2025培养高技能人才,厦门工商旅游学校因地制宜,借鉴国内外学徒制育人经验,关注厦门地方经济发展需求,探索产教深度融合的校企育人新模式,以"三双两段现代学徒制"作为研究试点,进行专业人才培养,取得了一定成效。 In order to deepen the integration of the production and education, promote the organic connection of education chain, talent chain, industry chain and innovation chain, and train high-skilled talents for China's manufacturing 2025, Xiamen Industrial-Commercial and Tourism School adapts to local conditions, draws lessons from the experience of apprenticeship education at home and abroad, pays attention to the needs of local economic development in Xiamen, and explores a new mode of school-enterprise education with deep integration of production and education. Taking the "modern apprenticeship system of three dual-subjects of school, enterprise and students, and the integration two stages of learning and practice" as the research pilot to train professional talents, and it has achieved certain results.
