耐高温VES-GY3清洁压裂液的室内研究 被引量:1

摘要 室内以N,N-二甲基乙醇胺和溴代十六烷为原料合成了一种黏弹性表面活性剂,通过正交实验得到适宜的合成条件为:n(溴代烷)∶n(叔胺)=1∶1.1,反应温度为95℃,反应时间为8 h,溶剂加量为40%。得到的产品的产率高达93.21%。通过优选助剂,优化清洁压裂液VES-GY3体系配方为:2%黏弹性表面活性剂+1%水杨酸钠,其黏度值高达450 mPa·s。红外光谱分析结果表明合成反应生成了目标产物。性能考察实验结果表明,当温度稳定在144℃时,黏度稳定在25 mPa·s,表明压裂液具有良好的耐高温性能。 A viscoelastic surfactant was synthesized from N,N dimethylethanolamine and hexadecane bromide. The optimal synthesis conditions were obtained by orthogonal design,bromoalkane: tertiary amine equals 1: 1. 1, the reaction temperature is 95 ℃,the reaction time is 8 h,the solvent addition amount is 40%,and the yield of the obtained product is as high as 93. 21%. The preferred formulation of the cleaning fracturing fluid VES-GY3 system is 2% viscoelastic surface by a preferred auxiliary agent. The active agent added 1% sodium salicylate has a viscosity value of up to 450 mPa. s. Infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that the synthesis reaction produced the target product. The performance test results show that when the temperature is stable at 144 ℃, the viscosity is stable at 25 mPa, indicating that the fracturing fluid has good high temperature resistance.
