腰英台青二段气藏水泥污染层酸化解堵技术研究

摘要 随着开发天然气的需求不断提高,需要对青二段气藏进行整体开发。由于前期对部分井青二段进行了水泥封堵,常规测试难以获得良好效果,为了解除水泥浆污染,针对水泥物对水泥污染层进行酸化解堵室内试验,优化了主体酸液配方,并对缓蚀剂、铁离子稳定剂、助排剂以及黏土稳定剂等主要添加剂进行了优选,形成了酸液体系配方为10.0%HCL+5.0%HF+2.0%TS04(缓蚀剂)+1.5%WD-8(铁离子稳定剂)+1.0%WD-12(助排剂)+1.0%WD-5(黏土稳定剂)。现场应用获得显著的增产效果。 With the increasing demand for natural gas development,it is necessary to develop Qing 2 gas reservoir as a whole. In order to relieve the pollution of cement slurry,laboratory tests on acidizing and plugging removal of cement contaminated layer were carried out to optimize the formulation of main acid solution,and the main additives such as corrosion inhibitor,iron ion stabilizer,drainage aid and clay stabilizer were optimized to form an acid liquid system. The formula is 10. 0% HCL + 5. 0% HF + 2. 0% TS04 ( corrosion inhibitor)+ 1. 5% WD-8 ( iron ion stabilizer)+ 1. 0% WD-12 ( drainage aid)+ 1. 0% WD-5 ( clay stabilizer). The field application has achieved remarkable effect of increasing production.
