现代师徒制在建筑室内设计专业创新创业中的应用

现代师徒制,是一种在吸收传统学徒制优点基础上融合现代职业教育优势的新型职业技能传授方式。笔者所在院校的建筑室内设计专业在一系列探索后,尝试在创新创业教学实践中引入现代学徒制,从政府、学校、行业、用户等多角度入手进行思考,通过构建完备的内外部教育教学环境,采用完善学徒制配套制度、健全课程衔接体系、提升教师技能素质、完善实习管理机制、建构校企合作平台、践行终身培养教育等有效举措来增强教育效果,助力专业实现跨越式发展。

Modern teacher - apprenticeship is a new type of vocational skill transfer method that combines the advantages of modern vocational education on the basis of absorbing the advantages of traditional apprenticeship. After a series of explorations, the architectural interior design major of the author’s college tries to introduce modern apprenticeship in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching, starting from the perspectives of government, schools, industry, users, etc., through the construction of complete internal and external education and teaching. The environment adopts effective apprenticeship supporting system, perfect curriculum connection system, improving teachers’skill quality, perfecting internship management mechanism, constructing school - enterprise cooperation platform, and practicing lifelong education and other effective measures to enhance the educational effect and help the professional achieve leap - forward development.
