新形势下加强高校基层党组织队伍建设的思考

加强高校基层党组织队伍建设是加强高校党建工作的基础和关键,也是促进高校各项事业发展的需要。当前,高校基层党组织队伍建设还存在专业化不高、整体素质较低、队伍建设制度不完善等问题。最后,本文从建设专职化队伍、加强重视培养、完善工作机制三方面对加强高校基层党组织队伍建设进行了思考,提出了探索路径。

Finally, this paper discusses the strengthening of the grassroots Party organization in colleges and universities from the aspects of building a full - time team, strengthening the emphasis on training and improving the working mechanism, and proposes a path of exploration.
