摘要
中国美食一直是外国人眼中重要的具有代表性的文化符号。苏帮菜作为八大菜系当中"苏菜"的重要组成部分,经过吴地文化千年浸润,形成了独特的苏州风格。在苏帮菜菜名的汉英翻译过程中,完成语义的相对对等、与文化的交际是应该达成的两个维度。
Chinese food is always a key cultural sign for foreigners. Suzhou Cuisine, growing up in Wu Culture with a long history and very unique characteristic, is a major component in Su Cuisine, which is one of the eight renowned cuisines in China. During the C - E translation of Suzhou Cuisine dishes, we need to cover two dimensions: relative equivalence and cultural communication.
