摘要
通过对366份重庆市基层青年公务员样本的调查分析发现,基层青年公务员对主流意识形态认同度总体较高,但也存在表面认同、功利认同甚至不认同的情况。多元文化价值观念的冲击、社会利益格局的分化、不良政治生态环境的影响以及教育引导规范约束机制薄弱是青年公务员主流意识形态认同的主要挑战。为此,建议从认知强化、示范带动、利益引导和规范约束等几个方面构建青年公务员主流意识形态认同引导机制。
Through the investigation of young grass-roots level civil servants,this study finds that young civil servants generally have a higher degree of acceptance of the mainstream ideology,but there are also cases of surface identification,utilitarian identification and even non-identification. The impact of multi-cultural values,the differentiation of social interest pattern,the influence of the malignant political ecological environment and the weak mechanism of education,guidance and constraint are the main challenges for young civil servants to identify with the mainstream ideology. So it is suggested to construct the guiding mechanism of young civil servants’ mainstream ideological identity from the following aspects: cognitive enhancement,demonstration drive,interest guidance and standard constraint.
