糖尿病足患者血清同型半胱氨酸及胱抑素C水平变化的相关分析

Correlation Analysis of Serum Homocysteine and Cystatin C Levels in Diabetic Foot Patients

目的研究分析糖尿病足患者其血清同型半胱氨酸与胱抑素C水平变化间的关联性。方法回顾性分析该院2014年6月—2018年6月收治的60例糖尿病足患者的资料,将其中没有伴发糖尿病足的30例作为A组,另外轻型糖尿病足10例作为B组、中型糖尿病足10例作为C组、重型糖尿病足10例作为D组,对所有患者就胱抑素C、血清同型半胱氨酸施予监测,观察比较其结果。结果 A组患者的血清同型半胱氨酸(8.39±3.18)μmol/L、胱抑素C(0.87±0.18)mg/L最小,D组患者的如上各类指标(24.65±6.77)μmol/L、(2.30±0.83)mg/L最大,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C及糖尿病足本身的产生、进展间紧密联结,对这两类指标施予监测,可以提升糖尿病足的诊断检出率与评判病症程度的正确性,值得医学领域的全方位推行与运用。

Objective To analyze the relationship between serum homocysteine and cystatin C levels in diabetic foot pa-tients. Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2018, 30 patients with no diabetic foot were included in group A, and 10 patients with mild diabetic foot as group B, 10 patients with medium-sized diabetic foot were treated as group C and 10 patients with severe diabetic foot as group D. All patients were monitored for cystatin C and serum homocysteine, and the results were compared. Results The serum homo-cysteine (8.39±3.18)μmol/L and cystatin C (0.87±0.18)mg/L were the smallest in group A, and the above indexes (24.65± 6.77)μmol/L in group D,(2.30±0.83)mg/L maximum, there was a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The production and progression of serum homocysteine, cystatin C and diabetic foot itself are closely linked. Monitoring these two types of indicators can improve the diagnostic detection rate of diabetic foot and the correctness of the degree of disease. It is worthy of full implementation and application in the medical field.
