以护理结局为导向的前列腺增生症并膀胱结石的护理方案的建立与应用研究

Establishment and Application of Nursing Care Plan for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Complicated with Bladder Stones

目的分析护理干预对微创治疗前列腺增生症并膀胱结石患者的护理效果。方法该实验共方便选取100例在该院接受微创治疗的前列腺增生及膀胱结石患者。所有病例均选自2017年3月—2018年8月,随机抽奖分为实验组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组采取常规护理,实验组在其基础上实施护理干预,从护理效果、并发症发生率、生活质量、护理满意度对两组患者进行比较。结果实验组患者护理总有效率(96.0%)相比于对照组(76.0%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.306,P=0.004),并发症发生率(4.0%)相比于对照组(16.0%)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.000,P=0.046),各项生活质量评分相比于对照组更高,护理满意度(96.0%)相比于对照组(82.0%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.005,P=0.025)。结论对行微创手术治疗的前列腺增生症并膀胱结石实施护理干预,能有效减少并发症的发生,提高手术效果,促进病情康复,提升生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of nursing intervention on patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones. Methods A total of 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones who underwent minimally invasive treatment in our hospital were included in the study. All cases were convenient selected from March 2017 to August 2018, and randomized prizes were divided into experimental group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group implemented nursing intervention on the ba-sis of the nursing effect, complication rate, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction. Results The total effective rate of care in the experimental group (96.0%) was higher than that in the control group (76.0%),the different was statistically significant (X^2=8.306, P=0.004), and the complication rate (4.0%) was compared with the control group (16.0%),the different was statis-tically significant (X^2=4.000, P=0.046), the quality of life scores were higher than the control group, and the satisfaction of nursing (96.0%) was higher than that of the control group (82.0%),the different was statistically significant (X^2=5.005, P= 0.025). Conclusion Nursing intervention for benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones treated with minimally invasive surgery can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications, improve the surgical results, promote the recovery of the dis-ease and improve the quality of life. It is worthy of clinical application.
