清热利湿法对减少痔病术后水肿的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Clearing away Heat and Dampness on Reducing Edema after Rickets

目的研究清热利湿法对减少痔病术后水肿的应用效果。方法该次方便选择的研究对象为痔病患者,时间在2017年12月—2018年7月,根据电脑随机分配的原则将100例痔病患者分为两组,其中包括对照组和观察组,分别行常规西药治疗;清热利湿法(龙胆泻肝汤)治疗,对比其两组疼痛评分、创面愈合时间以及肛门水肿评分、治疗效果以及排尿功能障碍。结果观察组痔病患者疼痛评分、创面愈合时间、肛门水肿评分较对照组更有优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组痔病患者治疗总有效率为98.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.96,P<0.05)。观察组痔病患者排尿功能障碍优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热利湿法对减少痔病术后水肿具有重要价值,同时能够减轻患者疼痛,促进创面早期愈合,值得研究。

Objective To study the effect of clearing away heat and dampness on reducing edema after rickets. Methods The selected subjects were rickets patients between December 2017 to July 2018, 100 patients with rickets were convenient divided into two groups according to the principle of random computer distribution, including the control group and the ob-servation group. The routine Western medicine treatment;clearing away heat and dampness method (Longdan Xiegan Decoc-tion) treatment, comparing the pain score, wound healing time and anal edema score, treatment effect and urinary dysfunc-tion. Results The pain score, wound healing time and anal edema score of the rickets in the observation group were more fa-vorable than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00% higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (X^2=11.96, P<0.05). The urinary dysfunction of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the dif-ference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The method of heat and dampness is of great value in reducing edema after rickets, and it can reduce the pain of patients and promote the early healing of wounds. It is worthy of study.
