摘要
机场嵌入式助航灯具发光口表面易沉积污染物,致使灯具发光强度降低以致影响飞行安全。研究一种自动清洗的控制方法以实现高效、绿色自动清洗。通过研究喷砂清洗的清洗压力、清洗时间、清洗距离、清洗角度和清洗介质含量5个清洗参数对清洗效果的影响,建立了清洗参数与清洗效果之间的模糊规则,构造了多目标清洗过程优化函数。运用遗传算法进行了参数优化,并基于实验数据及清洗参数优化结果,得到最佳清洗参数配置范围,为助航灯具自动清洗控制提供理论依据。
The emitting surface of airport embedded navigation lamp is easy to deposit pollutants,resulting in lower luminous intensity of the lamp and negative influence on flight safety. An automatic cleaning process controlling method is necessary for efficient and environment-friendly automatic cleaning. Through research on the influence of five cleaning parameters of sand blasting cleaning such as pressure,duration,distance,angle and medium content on cleaning effect,fuzzy rules between cleaning parameters and cleaning effect are established,and the multi-objective cleaning process optimization function is built. Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the parameters. The optimal cleaning parameter range is obtained basing on experimental data and the optimized cleaning parameters,providing theoretical basis for the automatic cleaning control of navigation light.
