摘要
针对长庆油田输油管线翻越多、落差大,因管龄时间长而发生管道腐蚀穿孔造成的泄漏事故、环境污染等问题,研发了输油管线腐蚀泄漏在线监测系统。在管道两端安装音波传感器,实时接收并监测管线内产生的次声波信号,确定是否发生泄漏并根据次声波信号到达管线两端的时间差,计算出发生泄漏的位置,并将输油管线的压力和流量作为泄漏监测的辅助评估参数。通过输油管线上的应用表明:该系统降低了输油管线的运行风险,为输油管线的安全生产提供了便利,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。
In view of problem of many turnovers and large drop,leakage accidents and environmental pollution caused by pipeline perforation due to corrosion with long service life of oil pipeline in Changqing oilfield,an online monitoring system for corrosion and leakage of oil transportation pipeline is developed.Sonic sensors are installed at both ends of the pipeline to receive and monitor the infrasonic signals generated in the pipeline in real time,to determine if leakage occurred or not,and to calculate the leakage position based on the time difference between infrasonic signals arriving at the both ends of the pipeline.The pressure and flow of the pipeline are used as auxiliary evaluation parameters for leakage monitoring.The application in oil transportation pipeline shows the system reduces the operation risk of oil transportation pipeline,and provides convenience for safety production of oil transportation pipeline,and is of higher economic and social benefits.
