后处理方法对聚乙烯基黏合树脂性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 针对聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐(PE-g-MAH)接枝产物中的残留低分子游离态杂质,通过热空气、真空-加热、水煮和溶剂提取的后处理手段进行提纯。考察了不同后处理手段对黏合树脂气味等级、低分子残留杂质、黏结性能及黏结老化性能的影响。结果表明,溶剂提取是最有效的后处理方法,产品无强烈干扰性气味,与乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)的剥离强度达到24.3 N/cm,并且具有良好的耐老化性。 To decrease the residual impurities, the polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride ( PE-g-M AH ) were purified by the post-treatment methods such as hot air, vacuum-heating, boiling and solvent extraction method. The effects of different posttreatment methods on the odour level, low molecular residue, adhesive properties and ageing resistance of the adhesive resin were investigated. The result showed that solvent extraction is the most effective purification method, and the peeling strength with the EVOH achieved 24.3 N/mm without a strong odor, and it had good aging resistance.
