硫化PVC/NBR软质薄膜复合材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 考察了未硫化和硫化聚氯乙烯/丁腈橡胶(PVC/NBR)软质薄膜复合材料的力学性能、动态力学性能和热稳定性。结果表明:与未硫化时相比,硫化PVC/NBR软质薄膜复合材料的力学性能提高,抗拉强度和断裂伸长率分别提高了60.95%和57.81%;同时,其储能模量和损耗模量增加,其热稳定性也略有改善。 The mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties and thermal stability of unvulcanized and vulcanized PVC/NBR soft film composites were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties of vulcanized PVC/NBR soft film composites were significantly improved compared with those of the unvulcanized composites, and the tensile strength and elongation at break increased by 60.95% and 57. 47% respectively. Meanwhile, the storage modulus and loss modulus of vulcanized PVC/NBR soft film composites increased, and its thermal stability was also improved slightly.
