玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯收缩行为的研究及优化 被引量:5

摘要 以企业典型的玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯(GFR-PP)产品的收缩优化为案例,运用基于MPI的Taguchi正交试验方法研究了玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯产品的收缩行为。分别应用3种不同玻璃纤维含量的物料,设计了L_(18)(3~6)正交矩阵,利用正交试验对保压压力、保压时间、注射时间、熔融温度、模具温度和纤维含量等6个因素分3个水平进行研究。找出了玻璃纤维含量和注塑工艺参数对制品收缩影响的规律,对企业实际生产具有指导作用。 Based on the MPI, Taguchi orthogonal experimental method was used to study the shrinkage behavior of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (GFR-PP) products. In order to study the shrinkage optimization of three typical glass fibers in enterprise, six factors including holding pressure, holding time, injection time, melt temperature, mold temperature and fiber content were utilized to design Li8 (36 ) orthogonal matrix on three levels, respectively. As a result, the effects of glass fiber contents and injection molding process parameters on the shrinkage of the product were revealed, which would be benefit for the actual production of the enterprise.
