摘要
双相障碍(BD)常与多种精神障碍共病,但国内对BD与偏头痛共病研究较少。本文综述BD共患偏头痛的患病率、临床特点、病理生理学机制及治疗策略,以期引起国内学者及临床医生的重视。
Bipolar disorder were more often comorbid with psychiatric disorders,comorbidity of bipolar disorder and migraine are often neglected by clinical doctors while the domestic research is rare.We provided recent evidence for the prevalence rates,main clinical features,pathophysiological hypothesis and therapeutic strategy on the comorbidity of bipolar disorder and migraine.
