养性殿西暖阁仙楼佛堂唐卡的病害及病害机理研究

Research on the Damage and Its Mechanism of Thangkas in Buddhist Hall of West Chamber in Yangxing Palace

故宫养性殿西暖阁仙楼佛堂保存着22轴唐卡,这些唐卡均为乾隆时期的作品,因长时间挂供于佛堂之内,出现了各种病害。文章通过现场踏勘与科学分析,对这些唐卡进行病害调查、理清病害的种类及病害机理,以期能为这些唐卡的保护修复提供科学依据。

The Palace Museum collects 22 pieces of thangkas in the Buddhist Hall of West Chamber in Yangxing Palace. These Thangkas are works of the Qianlong period. They have been hanged and prayed in the Hall for a long time, and various damages have appeared. Through on-site reconnaissance and scientific analysis, this paper investigates the damage of these Thangkas, clarifies the types and the damage mechanism, in order to provide a scientific support for the protection and restoration of these thangkas.
