民宿改造视角下北京民居建筑保护研究

Research on the Protection of Residential Buildings in Beijing from the Perspective of Bed and Breakfast Reconstruction

传统民居建筑在社会历史发展中具有不可替代的意义与价值,我国对于传统建筑的保护开始较早,但是对传统民居的保护起步较晚,从目前的保护成果来看,也不尽如人意。传统民居的保护手法有多种,民宿的出现为民居建筑的保护方法提供了新的可能,动态可持续性的民居保护可能会对民居价值的继承与传播产生更好的作用。文章试图从民宿改建方面分析民宿对北京民居保护的可行性及现实意义,并结合现状给出一定的保护策略及建议。

Traditional residential buildings have irreplaceable significance and value in social and historical development. The protection of traditional buildings in our country started earlier, while the protection of traditional residential buildings are more later. It is not satisfactory from the current achievements. There are many ways to protect traditional residential buildings. The emergence of Bed and Breakfast provides new possibilities for the protection methods of traditional residential buildings. Dynamic and sustainable residential protection methods may play a better role in inheriting and disseminating the value of traditional residential buildings. This paper tries to analyze the feasibility and practical significance of the residential quarters protection in Beijing from the perspective of the reconstruction of residential quarters, and gives some protection strategies and suggestions for the current situation.
