Epidemic investigationof training injury in the military and political strengthening period of grade2016 new trainees in a university

目的通过调查分析某院校2016级新学员军政强化期训练伤病情况,为提高部队战斗力、有效降低训练伤的发生率提供依据和建议.方法采取分层随机整群的抽样方法对武警某院校2016级参加军政强化训练540名新学员进行回顾性调查,并进行统计学分析。结果参训新学员共计540人,共发生训练伤185人次(发生率34.26%),其中以下肢训练伤发生率最高,共102人次(发生率18.89%)。训练伤发生的时间分布呈明显的双峰型,第4周和第8周各有一个训练伤高峰期。结论应根据新学员军政强化期训练损伤流行病学特征采取针对性预防措施,制定出科学、合理的训练计划。

Objective To investigate and analyze training injuries in the military and political strengthening period of 2016 new trainees in a university, and provide evidence and suggestion for improving the combat effectiveness and reducing the incidence of training injuries. Methods A stratified random cluster sampling method was adopted to retrospectivelyinvestigate 540 new trainees ofgrade 2016 during period ofniilitary and political strengthening. Results A total of 540 new trainees participating in the training, and a total of 185 person-time training injury (34.26%) occurred, of which was the highest incidence of lower limb injury, a total of 102 person-time( 18.89%). The time distribution of the training injury occurred in a clear bi modal pattern, and peaked at fourth and eighth weeks. Conclusion We should take preventive measures according to the epidemiological characteristics of the training injuries of the new trainees in the period of military and political strengthening, and make a scientific and reas on able training plan.
