摘要
目的学习发达国家住院医师规范化培训(住培)先进理念,结合本院实际情况,设计符合自身的核心能力评价方法,逐步提高住院医师的培养质量,解决本院住院医师核心能力评价体系缺乏的问题。方法利用美国约翰霍普金斯医院先进住培经验,以ACGME六大核心能力评价指标为依据,设计符合实际情况的评价分析。结果通过学员的个人评分,分析学员能力薄弱环节,使学员有针对性地学习提升;通过学员的整体评分,分析医院对住院医师培养方面的薄弱环节,有针对性地增加相关培训。结论本院ACGME核心能力评价体系的建立实现了对培训住院医师的量化评价,对学员的能力培养,做到因材施教、查漏补缺;对医院住院医师的整体培养目标做到了过程管理,实现培养标准化、同质化住院医师的目标。
Objectives Based on the actual situations of clinical practice in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, this article aimed to learn the new concepts of standardized residency training in developed countries, so as to improve the training quality of residents and deal with the problems of the lacking evaluation systems for core competence of residents in the hospital. Methods The study was designed to set practical evaluation analysis in accordance with the experience of Johns Hopkins Hospital and the evaluation systems of ACGME. Results The residents were analyzed for their shortcomings by the individual score and improved correspondingly. The inadequacy were evaluated by the overall scores so that the hospital could add more training secessions regarding to the deficiencies. Conclusions The ACGME core competence evaluation system in our hospital realized the quantification of training evaluation for residents, which could teach students based on their abilities and give them training targeted their shortcomings. The training can be micro-managed in the whole process, and the goal of standardized and homogenized training could be achieved.
