我院建立了基于KPI的住院医师规范化培训管理系统,该系统以质控主体为中心,形成多角色绩效数据,为住院医师、带教师资、科室和专业基地的精准考核提供全方位、持续改进的系统化支持,对住培质量控制具有重要意义。本文基于系统分析研究方法,分析系统主要用户功能需求,梳理教学活动管理、住培考核管理、住培质量评估管理和KPI绩效统计管理四个核心管理流程,阐述系统总体设计和优势,为进一步推进住院医师规范化培训质量管理和信息平台建设提供参考。

Our hospital have established the KPI-based standardized residency training management system, which is centered on the quality control and forms multi-role performance data. It provides comprehensive and continuous improvement with systematic support for accurate assessment of residents, teachers, departments and professional training bases. This system is of great significance to the quality control of standardized residency training. This article is based on the system analysis method, analyzed the main users and functional requirements, and summarized teaching activity management process, standardized training and examination management process, quality assessment process and KPI performance statistics management process. This article expounds the general design and superiority of the system and provides reference for further promotion of the quality management and information platform construction of standardized residency training.
