摘要
目的探讨基于岗位胜任力的住院医师能力评估。方法与美国芝加哥大学医学院联合,调查定性研究形成住院医师岗位胜任力评估框架,包括职业精神、患者管理、交流协作、医疗质量保障系统及学术5大方面,设计住院医师岗位胜任力评估量表,带教老师每月在线评估住院医师岗位胜任力。结果评估结果能了解不同年级、不同身份、不同阶段住院医师岗位胜任力情况。结论基于岗位胜任力的住院医师能力评估,可以反映住院医师成长的轨迹、利于发现并针对性解决问题、改进培训方式方法。
Objective This article aims to investigate means of competency-oriented evaluation for residents. Methods In collaboration with medical school of Chicago University, a qualitative study was conducted to investigate the assessment framework for post competency of the residents. The competency framework of residents included five aspects of professionalism, patient management, communication and cooperation, medical quality assurance system and academic performance. A residents' post competency assessment scale was designed and teachers were instructed to evaluate residents' performance online each month. Results The assessment results could help teachers to understand the status of residents' post competence in different grades, identities and stages. Conclusion Through the competency-oriented assessment, we can keep track of the path of residents' competency growth, find and solve the targeted problems, and improve training methods.
