住院医师规范化培训结业考核是培训制度建设中必不可少的重要组成部分,是检验住院医师培训过程和实际效果的重要依据,也是评价临床教学质量和管理能力的指标之一。金华市中心医院连续6年作为浙江省住院医师规范化培训临床能力结业考核基地,建立了较为完善的住培结业考核考务工作体系。本文结合近年来结业考核考务工作中的考官和考生培训及管理、考试流程设计、考场布置、物品准备等经验,对住院医师规范化培训临床实践能力结业考核考务工作经验进行总结、分析,探索科学、规范、高效的考务组织管理模式,从而严把住院医师规范化培训"出口关",促进培训质量不断提升。

Graduation test is an essential part of the construction of standardized residency training system, an important basis for evaluating the training process and actual results, and one of the indicators for quality of clinical teaching and management ability assessment. Jinhua central hospital has been serving as the graduation test base for standardized residency training in Zhejiang province for 6 consecutive years, and a relatively fine system of clinical skills evaluation has been established. This article combined the experience of training and manageing examiners and candidates, examination procedures designs, examination rooms layout and materials preparation of examination work in recent years, so as to summarize and analyze the experience of graduation test work of standardized residency training, and explore the scientific, standardized and efficient mode of examination organization. Therefore, we can strictly regulate the "export" of the standardized residency training programs so as to promote the continuous improvement of training quality.
