构建以岗位胜任力培养为核心的放射科住院医师规范化培训教学课程体系的探索与实践

The exploration and practice of curriculum reform in standardized residency training of radiology based on competency-oriented training

放射科住院医师规范化培训是医学影像专业学生毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,其核心是提高放射科住院医师的临床实践能力与岗位胜任力。规范化培训课程体系是住培专业基地教学活动的关键,强化以岗位胜任力培养为导向的放射科住院医师规范化培训教学课程体系的建设是提升放射科住培教学质量与内涵的关键,可提高放射科规范化培训的同质化效果。本文基于国家住培政策与东南大学附属中大医院放射科实际情况,探索并实践以岗位胜任力培养为导向、分层次、多样化的教学课程体系建设,以期对新医改时期"5+3"模式为主的放射科住院医师规范化培训教学提供借鉴与启发。

Standardized residency training of radiology, as an important part of postgraduate medical education, is an essential stage for radiology residents to improve their core competencies and help them practice radiology independently. The construction of competency-oriented curriculum reform in standardized residency training is the key approach for improving residents' theoretical and practical skills and strengthening the quality and homogenization of standardized training. Based on the status quo and existing deficiencies of the standardized residency training in China and the Department of Radiology in the Zhongda Hospital of Southeast University, we constructed and explored the competency-oriented, hierarchical teaching and diversified teaching methods for radiology residents. This curriculum model will provide reference and hopefully enlightenment for the standardized residency training of radiology in the new era of "5+3" training model.
