摘要 Mini-CEX指考核老师使用结构式表格对住院医师在医疗过程中的医疗面谈、体格检查、人文关怀、临床判断、沟通技能、组织效果和整体评价7项内容进行评分,考核结束后面对面信息反馈。本研究计划使用Mini-CEX对新生儿科规范化培训的住院医师在入科3天内、出科前3天进行考核,比较住院医师入科前后7项内容的分值,结合考核老师和住院医师对考核的满意度,以及对住院医师表现较好和需要改进方面的内容反馈,结合我科室无陪病房的特点,加强对住院医师需要改进方面的培训。最终评价Mini-CEX是否可适用于新生儿科临床教学,是否可评估新生儿科对住院医师培训的教学能力,从而改进临床医学教学方法,有效地完成对轮转至新生儿科的住院医师的规范化培训工作,使住院医师更好更快地胜任新生儿科的临床工作。 Mini-CEX refers to the structured forms the teacher used to evaluate the seven aspects of the resident's clinical work, which includes medical interviewing, physical examination ,humanistic qualities ,clinical judgement, patient communications, organization skills and overall clinical performance. The feedback are given after assessment. In our study, Mini-CEX will be used to assess the residents in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in the first and last three days of the training, respectively. The scores of the seven items at the two time points, and the satisfaction assessment given by teachers and residents will be documented. Feedback will be acquired afterwards to strengthen standardized training in NICU which is an unattended ward. Final evaluation for Mini-CEX will prove whether it is a qualified tool for clinical teaching in NICU and whether it is able to evaluate and improve the clinical teaching, in regards of effectively completing the standardized residency training and helping residents to work and learn effectively and efficiently in NICU.
