临床路径在全科住院医师规范化培训内分泌科带教中的应用

The applications of clinical pathway in standardized resiency training of general medicine in endocrinology department

目的研究临床路径在全科住院医师规范化培训(住培)内分泌科带教中的应用,探讨其教学实践和培训效果。方法选取本院住培基地全科住院医师20人为研究对象,随机分为传统带教组(对照组)和临床路径带教组(实验组),每组10人。通过出科考核成绩和问卷调查评价带教效果。结果实验组出科考核成绩优于对照组[(85.8±3.5)分vs.(80.2±7.5)分,P=0.046];实验组带教老师对带教效果的总体评价高于对照组[(4.02±0.36)分vs.(2.84±0.51)分,P <0.01];实验组对科室轮转的满意度总分高于对照组[(90.00±1.41)分vs.(79.50±1.65)分,P <0.01]。结论临床路径带教法可提高全科住院医师规范化培训在内分泌科的带教效果,并提升培训中教学双方的积极性和满意度。

Objective This article aimed to study the application of clinical pathway in standardized residency training of general medicine in Endocrinology Department, and explore the training practice and effect. Methods Twenty residents of general medicine in standardized residency training programs of our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into traditional teaching group (control group) and clinical pathway teaching group (experimental group), with 10 residents in each group. The effect of training was evaluated by examination results and questionnaire surveys. Results The exam scores were higher in the experimental group than that in the control group [(85.8±3.5) vs.(80.2±7.5), P=0.046]. The overall evaluation given by teachers of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group [(4.02±0.36) vs.(2.84± 0.51), P<0.01]. Total satisfaction scores for rotations in endocrinology department was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group [(90±1.41) vs.(79.50±1.65), P<0.01]. The differences of examination scores, teachers' evaluation, and residents' satisfaction were respectively statistically significant. Conclusion Training under the mode of clinical pathway in endocrinology department can not only be convenient to unite the training planning, but also enhance training effect. The clinical pathway training method can improve the training effect of general medicine residents for their standardized training in endocrinology department, and enhance the enthusiasm and satisfaction of both sides in the training.
