全科医师规范化培训基地构建框架思考与建议

Recommendation for structure and operation of general practice residency program in China

在全科医学科蓬勃发展的现阶段,全科规范化培训的模式及标准尚未得到全科医学界各住培基地的共识或者采纳。我们根据美国家庭医学科和内科住院医师规范化培训基地的现行方法和方式,结合中国全科医学科规范化培训基地的现状做了思考与总结。从以下六个方面提出建议:(1)基地门诊;(2)住培师资配备;(3)基地运转管理;(4)基地运转实施;(5)住培教学方法;(6)住院医师管理。为建立健全全科住院医师规范化培训基地的三大框架构成要素提供参考,即基地的组织结构、基地的管理运行机制和基地教学人员的职责及要求。

At this stage of the development in General Practice in China, model standards for standardized General Practice training have not been agreed upon or adopted in every General Practice residency programs. Based on the methods and techniques of standardized training in American Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residency programs, we have developed thoughts and conclusions in consideration of the actual status of standardized training in Chinese General Practice residency programs. Suggestions were gave for the following six aspects: 1) Outpatient clinic, 2) Faculty of program and teaching staff from other specialities, 3) Program structure and management, 4) Implementation of program operations, 5) Teaching methods and techniques and 6) Regulations and Management of residents. These suggestions provide reference for the establishment and improvement of the three major frameworks of the standardized residency program for General Practice. To review, these frameworks are: Program organizational structure, Program management and operation mechanisms, and the Duties and Requirements for the trainers and trainees.
