摘要
住院医师规范化培训经历4年的推进,体系基本形成,目前以质量建设为中心的住培工作内涵发展,逐步成为各级医疗单位教学部分的重点。浙江大学医学院附属第二医院以质量建设为核心,以住培工作内涵发展为原则,通过建立并完善住培教学体系、创新学员培训模式、加强师资队伍建设、改进住培信息系统等措施,以"卓越"和"德才兼备"两大战略为抓手,打造精细化教学管理体系,教学质量逐年攀升,教学管理成效显著。历年均为全省较多医疗单位住院医师培训理想基地,招录人数连续多年位居全省第一。2017年回访调查,已结业单位学员获用人单位好评,满意度达98%。
After 4 years of standardized residency training, the training system had basically been formed. At present, the connotation development centered on quality construction has gradually become the focus of medical education. The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine (SAHZU) took the quality construction and the connotation development as the core and principle to cultivate outstanding and ethical residents. By establishing and improving the residential training system, innovating the training model for trainees, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, improving the residency training information system and other measures, we had created an accurate and detailed training management system. The teaching quality had been increasing and teaching management had achieved remarkable results. SAHZU has become an ideal hospital for residency training in Zhejiang province, and the number of recruits has ranked first in the province for many years. According to the 2017 return visit survey, the graduates have received favorable comments from their employers, with 98% satisfaction.
