某军队医院住院医师规范化培训管理的经验探讨 被引量:5

摘要 陆军军医大学第一附属医院作为国家级首批住院医师规范化培训基地,目前在培学员600余人。自开展培训以来,组织管理严密,培训特色鲜明,发展规划系统合理,管理方法行之有效,现已结业400余人。本文从陆军军医大学第一附属医院的住院医师规范化培训开展情况、具体工作做法(包括组织架构、管理制度、师资培养、考核评价、质量监督、协同基地管理及学员福利待遇几大方面)、经验探讨及发展讨论四个部分,对多年住院医师规范化培训管理模式进行分析及总结整合。以期分享交流军队医院住院医师规范化培训管理经验、为同行提供借鉴与参考;同时,共同探讨改进途径,为军队医院住院医师规范化培训提供更好的发展思路。 The first affiliated hospital of army medical university, which has more than 600 trainees currently, serves as one of the first national standardized residency training base for resident doctors. Since the beginning of the training, there are over 400 graduates thanks to the strict organization and management, distinct training features, reasonable development planning system, and effective management method. This paper discusses the development of standardized residency training in the First Affiliated Hospital of the Army Medical University, including its developing conditions, specific working practices, experience and development. This paper also analyzes and summarizes the long-term management mode of standardized residency training, which trying to share and exchange experience in standardized training and management of resident physicians in military hospitals, and to provide reference for peers. At the same time, this paper also explores the ways of improvement, and provide better development ideas for standardized training of resident doctors in military hospitals.
