摘要
住院医师规范化培训考核评价是住院医师培训工作中的重要组成部分,是保障培训质量、增强培训效果的核心环节。本文基于柯氏培训评估模型理念,通过研究,对多种考核评价工具的概念、内涵以及优缺点进行阐述,将"评价、反馈、总结、改进"有机结合,从反应评估、学习评估、行为评估、成果评估多层面界定考核评价工具的应用形式,以客观、合理、可测量、操作性强为原则,评测住院医师培训效果。在评估过程中,依据行为学的研究结果,由观念到行为,直至最终结果的变化,循序渐进。从个人素质能力提升评估上升到组织绩效的改善评估,客观真实地反映出教与学的情况,存在的问题,采取措施,及时矫正,不断优化考核评价方法,为建立完善标准科学的住院医师规范化培训考核评价体系提供思路和借鉴。
Evaluation of standardized training for residents is a crucial part of resident training, and the key link of training quality assurance and training effect improvement. Based on Kirkpatrick Model, this article clarifies multiple assessment methods on their conceptions, contents, as well as merits and drawbacks, integrating evaluation, feedback, conclusion, and improvement. Defining the application form of evaluation tool in multiple aspects including reaction assessment, learning measures, behavior evaluation, outcome assessment, in the principle of high objectivity, rationality, measurability and operability, we evaluate the effect of resident training. According to the result of behavioral research, aspects ranging from cognition, action to the change in final result, from personal ability enhancement assessment to organizational performance assessment improvement, issues in teaching and learning can be objectively and truly reflected in evaluation process. Based on evaluation result, methods can be take to correct existing issues timely, so as to provide ideas and reference for the establishment and improvement of a scientific standardized residency training assessment system.
