摘要
随着手外科事业的蓬勃发展,对手外科医师提出了更高要求,如何让手外科新入培医师快速成长为临床需要人才,已经成为专科医师人才培养重要课题。苏州大学附属瑞华医院形成以(副)主任医师主导、主治医师协助、住院医师参与的教学方法,分为:(1)精挑带教团队;(2)人文精神培养;(3)理论基础培养;(4)实践技能能力培养;(5)综合能力培养五个部分,夯实了新入职手外科医师的理论、实践基础,完善了医院的人才梯队建设。
With the vigorous development of hand surgery, hand surgeons have been put forward for higher requirements. How to make newly recruited hand surgeons grow rapidly has become an important topic for fellowship training. Ruihua Hospital of Soochow University has carried out a relevant research and formed teaching methods led by (assistant) chief physicians, assisted by attending physicians and participated by residents, which contained serval parts:(1) the selection of teaching teams;(2) the cultivation of humanistic spirit;(3) the theoretical knowledge training;(4) practical skills training;(5) comprehensive ability training. As a result, the theoretical and practical skills of new hand surgery fellows are consolidated, and the construction of hospital's talent echelon is improved.
