摘要
偏侧忽略是脑卒中后患者的常见功能障碍之一,严重影响患者的生活质量,而现对偏侧忽略的治疗选择有限且疗效均不明显。近年来,镜像疗法开始用于偏侧忽略患者的功能恢复,本文就其疗效及可能的作用机制作一概要介绍。
Unilateral neglect is a common functional disorder in patients after stroke, and may seriously affect the quality of life of patients. At present, the treatment of unilateral neglect is limited and ineffective at home and abroad. In recent years, mirror therapy has been used for the functional recovery in patients with unilateral neglect. This article aims to summarize its efficacy and possible mechanism.
