中医护理干预对葡萄膜炎患者抑郁情绪和生活质量的影响

Effect of TCM Nursing Intervention on Depression and Quality of Life of Patients with Uveitis

目的:探讨中医护理干预对葡萄膜炎患者抑郁情绪和生活质量的影响。方法:将66例葡萄膜炎患者随机分为对照组和干预组各33例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予中医护理干预措施。采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价患者抑郁程度,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)评价患者生活质量。结果:干预组HAMD评分低于对照组(P <0. 01),SF-36评分高于对照组(P <0. 05,P <0. 01)。结论:中医护理干预模式可改善葡萄膜炎患者抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of TCM nursing intervention on depression and quality of life in patients with uveitis.Methods:A total of 66 patients with uveitis were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given TCM nursing intervention measures on the basis of routine nursing.The degree of depression was evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and the quality of life was evaluated by Health survey summary form(SF-36).Results:HAMD score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing intervention model can improve the depression and enhance the quality of life to patients with uveitis.
