区县档案事业发展不平衡的实证分析——以浙江省“两区三县”为例

An Empirical Analysis of Unbalanced Development of District and County Archives Undertaking——Taking“Two Districts and Three Counties”in Zhejiang Province as an Example

区县档案事业发展不平衡是制约我国档案事业均衡可持续发展的瓶颈之一。以浙江省吴兴区、南浔区、德清县、长兴县、安吉县为样本,运用统计分析方法测度样本区县在基础设施、馆藏、档案收集、档案利用四个指标的差异情况,在此基础上提出基础设施建设、档案收集、编研与利用等方面的改进举措。

The unbalanced development of district and county archives undertaking is one of the bottlenecks restricting the balanced and sustainable development of Chinese archives. Taking Wuxing District, Nanxun District, Deqing County, Changxing County and Anji County in Zhejiang province as samples, the paper measures the differences between them in four indicators including infrastructure, archives holdings, archives collection and archives utilization by using statistical analysis method, and puts forward some improving measures from the perspective of infrastructure construction, archives collection, edition and utilization on this basis.
