摘要
首先从大数据思维模式对医院人事档案管理的意义出发,明确指出大数据思维模式的优势及所具有的指导意义。其次通过对我国医院人事档案管理的现状进行研究,从管理者、从业者、流程规范、硬件设施等多方面分析我国现行人事档案管理中存在的问题。最后提出针对全员、流程、平台等各方面的人事档案管理策略。
Firstly, based on the significance of big data thinking to hospital personnel archives management, the paper clearly points out the advantages of big data thinking mode and its guiding significance. Secondly, through the research on the current situation of the personnel archives management in hospitals of China, the problems existing in the management of current personnel archives in China are analyzed from the perspective of managers, practitioners, process specifications and hardware facilities. Finally, the personnel archives management strategy is proposed from aspects of process, platform, and so on.
