According to the national standards of archives management system, combined with the needs of actual archives work, based on the perspective of the main body of archives management system market, the necessity of perfecting evaluation system for archives management system is analyzed in this paper, and then a method of constructing a comprehensive evaluation system for archives management system that conforms to the current era is proposed, in hope of providing some help for the development of archives management system industry.
