高校基建档案是在基建项目从规划立项到招标、施工、监理、竣工等过程产生的一系列相关文件的汇总,是高校基建管理的重要内容。提出基建档案全程化管理模式,就是要建立一套科学化的档案管理方法,形成齐全、完整、准确、规范的基建工程档案,充分发挥基建档案管理的基础性作用。

Capital construction archives in colleges and universities are the collection of a series of related documents produced in the process of capital construction projects from planning to bidding, construction, supervision and completion, which is an important part of capital construction management in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward the whole-process management mode of capital construction archives, which is to establish a set of scientific methods of archives management, form complete, whole, accurate and standardized capital construction archives, and give full play to the basic role of capital construction archives management.
