Efficient Management of Opera Art Archives Under the Background of Pan-archivization

在社会经济不断繁荣的当前,戏曲艺术欣赏需求日益加增,戏曲艺术档案的理论研究也在不断深入。不过,一些学术研究更加关注档案概念的拓展,弱化了档案学术核心权威性,档案管理工作与理论指向发生很大程度的偏差。在泛档案化形势下,本研究对戏曲艺术档案管理进行深度剖析,甄别优劣,提出可尝试性的管理措施,为工作实践提供可参照性借鉴。

With the prosperity of society and economy, the demand for the appreciation of opera art is increasing day by day, and the theoretical research on opera art archives is also deepening. However, while some academic researches pay more attention to the expansion of archives concept, the authority of archives academic core is weakened, and work and theoretical direction of archives management is greatly deviated. Under the background of pan-archivization, this study makes a deep analysis on the management of opera art archives, discriminates the merits from demerits, and puts forward some tentative management measures, which can be used as reference in work practice.
