Necessity of Developing Online Education for Archival Cadres

档案干部培训是提高档案人员素质、推进档案干部队伍建设的基本途径。信息时代的到来和网络技术的飞速发展冲击了传统档案干部培训班形式,改"教"为"学",发展了档案干部在线教育的新形式。从传统、中阶、高阶三阶段介绍档案干部培训的主要形式,分析比较指出发展档案干部在线教育的原因,并提出创新性建议,以完善我国档案干部在线培训工作。

Archival cadre training is the basic way of improving the quality of archivists and promoting the construction of archival cadre team. The advent of the information age and the rapid development of network technology have shocked the traditional form of archival cadre training class and changed "teaching" into "learning", and developed a new form of online education for archival cadres. This article introduces the main form of archival cadre training from traditional, intermediate and advanced stages, analyzes the reasons for the online education development of archival cadre, and proposes some innovative suggestions to improve the online training of archival cadres in our country.
